Professional titles and grades
Physiawy distinguishes between Physiotherapy Practitioners, Physiotherapy Specialists, and Physiotherapy Consultants. An applicant’s selected title is not confirmed until supporting professional documentation has been reviewed.
Practitioner supervision
Physiawy does not present a Physiotherapy Practitioner as an independent case owner. Where treatment sessions are delivered by a Practitioner, the intended operating model requires an appropriately verified Specialist or Consultant to accept the case, approve the treatment plan, and provide the required supervision and review.
Specialist and consultant responsibility
A Specialist or Consultant is not responsible for a patient merely because their profile appears on Physiawy. Responsibility begins only after the professional formally accepts the case through the approved clinical and contractual process.
Professional requirements
Exact titles, responsibilities, supervision arrangements, documentation requirements, and clinical boundaries remain subject to verified professional status and applicable Egyptian legal, regulatory, syndicate, licensing, and professional requirements.
Limits of home care
Some patients may need clinic, hospital, physician, or multidisciplinary care instead of—or alongside—home physiotherapy.
