Information we collect
Forms collect basic contact details, broad location, care preferences or professional-interest information, and market-research answers. We also record page language, source page, campaign tags, referrer, submission time, and consent.
Do not use public forms for detailed medical history, reports, imaging, prescriptions, national ID, or payment-card information.
Professional verification data
We may collect professional grade, Ministry of Health licence information, Syndicate registration, qualifications, and competencies for verification and market testing. The selected grade remains unverified until supporting documents are reviewed.
Professional documents are not displayed publicly. Only authorized personnel may review verification data, and licence numbers, Syndicate numbers, and documents are not sent to advertising analytics.
The website does not currently provide a secure public document-upload feature. Supporting documents will be requested through a secure verification process at a later stage.
Why we use it
We use submissions to assess demand by audience, geography, and rehabilitation category; contact people about the pilot; assess coverage suitability; understand patient and professional needs; answer enquiries; and improve the website.
Storage, access, and processors
Submissions are stored in the website’s hosted database using technical infrastructure provided through OpenAI and Cloudflare. Administrative access is restricted to the authorized owner account and technical processors to the extent necessary to operate and protect the service.
Those processors may process or technically access information outside Egypt according to their infrastructure and safeguards. We do not sell form data or send detailed health information to advertising tools.
Analytics and cookies
The site currently uses limited first-party, cookie-free measurement of general interactions such as clicks, form starts and submissions, language, device class, and traffic source. Names, phone numbers, and email addresses are not written to the analytics event log.
If Google Analytics or Meta Pixel is added later, consent requirements will be assessed and this notice updated before activation.
Retention and deletion
Interest data is retained while reasonably needed for market testing, pilot follow-up, or legitimate obligations, then deleted or anonymized. A final retention schedule will be set before full operation.
Request access, correction, consent withdrawal, or deletion through the contact form using “Privacy request” and enough information to verify the request.
Security and website limits
We use protected administrative access, data minimization, input validation, and reasonable operational controls. No storage or transmission method is risk-free.
This website is not a medical-record portal or clinical-advice channel. Do not send sensitive health information through public forms.
